Returns & Refunds Policy — ULOAM

 

1. Our Commitment

At ULOAM, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

 

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

·       The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

·       Original tags are still attached

·       Item is in its original packaging

The following items are not eligible for return:

·       Items marked as Final Sale

·       Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration

·       Gift cards

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

1.     Email us at support@uloam.com with your order number and reason for return

2.     Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

3.     Pack the item securely and include your RMA number inside the package

4.     Ship the item to the return address provided

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received defective or incorrect.

 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

·       Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

·       Refunds are issued to your original payment method

·       Please allow an additional 2–10 business days for your bank to post the credit

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

 

5. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, email support@uloam.com with:

·       Your order number

·       The item you'd like to exchange

·       The new size or color you'd like

We will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

 

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@uloam.com with:

·       Your order number

·       A photo of the defective or incorrect item

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.

 

7. Subscribe & Save Orders

For subscription orders managed through Seal Subscriptions:

·       You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal at your-store.myshopify.com/tools/recurring/login

·       Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment

·       Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 30-day return policy above

 

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

·       Change of mind after 30 days of delivery

·       Items damaged due to improper use or care

·       Shipping fees on original orders (except in cases of defective or incorrect items)
